The Human Resources Program Coordinator provides project coordination, administrative support, and operational assistance to the Human Resources Program Specialist, department leadership, and staff in support of HR programs, services, and departmental priorities. Responsibilities include preparation of reports and presentations, employee communications, program tracking, vendor administration, calendar management, meeting and event coordination, and special projects. Serving as a liaison among employees, leaders, vendors, and other departments, this role helps facilitate effective communication, maintain organized workflows, and ensure timely completion of departmental objectives.
The coordinator maintains documentation, tracks projects and action items, assists with contract administration activities, and contributes to employee engagement, records management, departmental reporting, and HR technology initiatives. The position exercises sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and contributes to 
the efficient operation of the department through strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and follow-through. Reporting to the Human Resources Program Specialist, this role partners closely with HR leadership to support operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems, SharePoint, and HR platforms preferred.

Required Experience

Required:

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year administrative, project coordination, customer service, internship, or related experience.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, healthcare, or a related business environment.
  • Experience supporting departmental programs, initiatives, or projects. 
  • Experience maintaining databases, reports, records, and documentation. 
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, SharePoint, or similar business systems
  • Experience with employee communications, onboarding activities, or event coordination. 
  • Ability to learn and utilize HR information and communications systems, and other business software.
