The Lead Occupational Therapist is an accomplished therapist. The Lead OT provides a full range of Occupational Therapy services to include evaluation and treatment for upper extremity and hand disorders, including functional activities of daily living and workplace issues. Complies with all regulations, standards, hospital and department policies and procedures, provides ongoing education (formal and informal) to all staff and serves as a clinical resource for the department.
