Required Skills
· Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
· Ability to work both independently and within teams
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and relational database structures
· Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, performance measurement
· Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
· Working knowledge of SQL or other query languages for data extraction
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail skills
· Understanding of healthcare operations, physician compensation models, and value-based performance metrics
Required Experience
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems
· Minimum five (5) years of Healthcare Finance and Physician Compensation required
Preferred:
· Prefer experience in a managed care healthcare environment including but not limited to eligibility, finance, claims, utilization management and capitation.
