The Senior Director of Group Operations is responsible for the continuous and effective operations of all medical group clinics under their leadership. Clinics may include primary care and/or specialty care clinics expanding across regions. Collaborates with Vice President of Group Operations, Group Operations Directors, Practice Managers, and staff to improve the overall clinic operations and outcomes. The Senior Director will lead focused efforts on quality of care, strength of financial performance, improvement of patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. In conjunction with Medical Staff leadership, Senior Medical Director, Physician Department Chairs, and Physician Team Leaders; develops and implements business plans for existing and future departments and programs.

Required Experience
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Health Care, Business Administration, Economics, Nursing, or other related area
- 10 years of management experience; experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated leadership experience and strong project/change management skills in the healthcare setting
- Experience working in working in an Integrated Delivery System including experience with operations, finance, quality, risk, and business & development
- Experience in working directly with healthcare and physician leadership
Preferred:
- Negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Formal lean training preferred
