Salary: Grade 13 ($46,869.00-$59,000.00)
Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: 1200 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA. Hybrid 2 days a week on-site

This role is responsible for coordinating private student loan program changes across internal and external teams and managing the timely and accurate completion of program and marketing documentation. All efforts should work toward ensuring program updates and reviews are done on schedule and that PHEAA Private Student Lending Programs follow regulatory statutes for audit purposes. This role will support the coordination of marketing efforts for other PHEAA products and services as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing and Documentation Coordination
● Maintain all policies and procedures for PHEAA Private Student Lending Programs so they are up to date and accurate.
● Manage all audit requests that impact marketing and the digital advertising space.
● Ensure all marketing campaign documents and various program documentation are completed timely and uploaded to the compliance repository.
● Coordinate quarterly or annual content reviews of program materials such as web content, brochures, emails, letters, etc. and ensure any changes identified in those reviews are updated in accordance with the team’s direction.
● Manage the catalog of all private student loan lending marketing deliverables.
● Submit necessary requests to track the content creation, creative, and execution of marketing efforts.
● Update and maintain a repository for campaign performance reports.
● Track the spend for each given campaign against approved budget.
● Maintain the supply of program premium items and coordinate shipping them as needed.
● Ensure all approvals are received according to the marketing process/procedure.
● Coordinate in person tabling events for the promotion of PHEAA products and services.
● Backup the social media content developer as needed with posting content, gathering metrics, and monitoring social care messages.
Internal and External Customer Liaison
● Liaison with private loan student lending team to make sure they have the information and materials they need to market the lender referral program.
● When necessary, partner with external firms to launch campaigns.
● Act as the point of contact for the warehouse and print shop on the inventory of pieces available for online ordering and making sure old versions are replaced with updated stock.
● Notify external entities when new marketing materials are available and instruct them to destroy old versions in their possession.
● Responsible for vendor management for Statement of Work deliverables for OPI initiatives, including purchase requisitions.
● Coordinate with the SAS team and or the third-party vendor to generate reports or files needed to support marketing activities.
Project Coordination
● Complete annual risk control self-assessments for the PHEAA Private Student Lending Programs.
● Create and manage the project plans for the PHEAA Private Student Lending Program changes, such as rate adjustments, updates to program guidelines, or platform upgrades.
● Manage and monitor assigned projects, communicating updates on a consistent basis and escalating issues to management as needed.
● Submit JIRA tickets with the third-party vendor for needed updates.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree and three plus years of relevant work experience in a project management and administrative capacity or any relevant combination of training, experience, and/or certification(s).
● Demonstrated advanced analysis and research skills.
● Strong contractual/regulation interpretation skills.
● Highly effective oral, written and analytical skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
● Knowledge of and experience with the principles and practices of project management.
● Ability to estimate a level of effort, prioritize work and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
● Demonstrated critical-thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
