The Marketing Coordinator / ITT Supervisor shall implement and maintain an integrated marketing program in support of the Community Services Flight objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will provide guest support as outlined and defined by the Site Manager. The Marketing Coordinator will support all common areas marketing boards. The Marketing Coordinator shall develop professional industry standard marketing material to inform the base populace of upcoming force support events with no more than two (2) defects per month.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Develop professional industry standard marketing material with no mor than two (2) defects per month.
· Meet 48-hour turnaround on normal marketing material and products.
· Meet short notice turn-around times as short as one hour with no mor than two (2) defects per month.
· Maintain, advertise and submit events on the EFSS Marketing Channel.
· Chair and attend weekly marketing meetings and disseminate approved emails advertising events to the base population.
· Coordinate and schedule no less than 4 cultural tour events monthly to support DOD, military and civilian members, contractors, and coalition forces. Trips and tours must be a variety and vary from month to month.
· Ensure all trips and tour inquiries receive a response within 12 hours of receipt.
· Coordinate and ensure effective transportation in support of the tour.
· Meet all established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly publications as required by the PWS.
· Design, print, distribute and remove all appropriate material for programs and events.
· Prepare all marketing supply requirements through identified documents and/or requisitions.
· Assist other departments as needed to ensure mission success.
· Monitor all LN staff associated with the department and if needed other departments.
· Other duties as assigned by Site Management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Two (2) years of experience developing graphics for marketing, publicity and advertising.
· Ability to access LAN and maintain a Tier 1 investigation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Valid US Driver’s License
· Valid US Passport
· Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD SEVENTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
· Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for the deployed location host country.
· Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
· Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
· Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices.
· Expert knowledge of marketing tools inclusive of but not exclusive to web-based applications, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs.
· Expert knowledge of updating apps, on-line newsletters, Intranet applications, and SharePoint.
· Experience with professional plotters.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Samples of previous work and marketing samples may be requested as part of the interview process.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
