As the Web Designer, you will work with Power BI and Web Development teams to enable both static and dynamic content, custom applications, or web parts to provide engaging portal content to end users.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Ensure site collections are secure and have the necessary permissions to users.
· Utilize proper maintenance processes to backup SQL databases and MOSS content.
· Manage Moss upgrades and migrations to ensure major upgrades to Moss and transition to new portal solutions are smooth and without interruption to end-users.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Or 4 continuous years performing Web Services tasks
· 2 Years performing Web Services tasks
CERTIFICATIONS:
· DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
· MS Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or MCSA: Web Applications or the latest Microsoft Web Administrator certification
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
· MOSS SharePoint Portal / Farm Administration
· SharePoint built-to-build (B2B) phased upgrades and patching
· HTLM5/CSS static and dynamic content creation
· Office365
· Visual Studio
