RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receive and record student account payments in the Banner system;
• Assist current, inactive, and future students with account, payment, and refund information;
• Process scholarship and third-party billing payments;
• Issue ID cards and parking permits;
• Accept and enter departmental deposits in in the Banner system;
• Balance cash drawer and prepare report for daily receipts;
• Provide excellent customer service to the University community;
• Prepare forms, letters, and itemized account statements as appropriate for students, faculty, and staff;
• Respond to questions and inquiries in a timely manner, to include answering phone calls and emails;
• Provide general University information to faculty, staff, students, and visitors; and
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a standard high school or equivalent. At least one year of related experience; related post secondary courses and/or successfully completed studies from an approved business school may be substituted for experience. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, students, and the University community.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an approved technical school or related college-level courses. Two years experience as a bank teller, cashier, or related field.

SALARY: $27,250
