CARDIAC CATH TECHNOLOGIST Cath Lab 40HR Day Shift (4-10 HR Shifts, 7am-5:30pm) Jeanes Campus

Performs and/or assists with direct patient care; performs sheath removal; performs, records and interprets hemodynamic waveforms and electrocardiograhic tracings. The position is responsible for monitoring and stocking inventory and assisting with patient transfer. The Technologist prepares, maintains and operates sophisticated radiologic equipment including cineangiographic, fluorographic, digital image recording, laser and electrophysiology equipment. in a safe and responsible manner. Assists physician in performing diagnostic and interventional, cardiac and peripheral catheterizations. Assists in the monitoring of quality control program. Education Associate's Degree in Radiologic Studies Required Non Degree Program Approved Cardiovascular Technology Program Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 1 year experience as a cardiac cath or interventional radiology technologist Preferred Licenses
