EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of employee relations services within a unionized hospital environment, ensuring consistent, fair, legally compliant employment practices, providing feedback to their site's leadership team. This position handles multiple departments as part of the portfolio, managing complex employee relations issues on daily basis. This role serves as the lead employee relations subject-matter expert and provides functional leadership and work direction to Employee Relations Specialist.

Education:   Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field Required Master's Degree Preferred

Experience:  5 years progressive Employee Relations experience, preferably in healthcare (Required).  5 years experience in independently managing complex employee relations matters, including investigations and issues involving Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA Required Licenses SHRM - CP Preferred or Prof
