Utilization Management Data Coordinator- 40/hrs, Day Shifts (Temple Hospital Jeanes Campus)

The Utilization Management Data Coord is responsible for supporting the Utilization Management team of nurses and physician advisors to ensure timely handling of authorizations, and denials for hospitalized patients. This role involves daily communication with providers and internal departments to ensure accurate authorization of services.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience
1 year experience in Data Management Required
1 year experience in some combination of Utilization Management, Pre-Certifications or Denials Required
General Experience in hospital or managed care utilization review and insurance requirements. Required
