Job Summary:
Qlarant is seeking a dedicated GA Quality Assessor to join our team on a full-time, regular basis. This position is home-based in Georgia, with a requirement to travel up to 75% of the time. As a GA Quality Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments of intellectual and developmental disabilities services to ensure they meet established quality standards. You will be expected to identify areas for improvement, provide detailed reports, and collaborate with other team members to implement quality enhancement strategies. The role involves frequent travel, for which per diem is provided, to various sites to perform on-site reviews. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, participating in continuous education, and contributing to the development of quality assessment protocols. The salary for this position ranges from $48,000.00 to $56,000.00 annually, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required for the role. Required Experience
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Services, Healthcare)
- Five to seven years of prior experience in Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities services and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) regulations
- Experience with conducting audits and assessments strongly preferred
- Proven track record of identifying quality issues and implementing improvements strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and initiatives strongly preferred
- History of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information strongly preferred
