Job Summary:
Manages and oversees the organization’s HRIS. Develops, implements and modifies systems based on changing business requirements. Develops and coordinates the policies ensuring legal compliance. Administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, Compensation and Performance Management Leads reporting and analytics for HR team.

Required Experience
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred), with 6- ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
