OpenHire Imp Test Company, a leader in the Heavy Manufacturing industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville. This Full-Time/Regular position offers a competitive bi-weekly salary ranging from $35,000.00 to $45,000.00, reflecting the entry-level nature of the job. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your duties will include handling inbound sales inquiries, making outbound calls to potential clients, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. You will be expected to understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure, and close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest are also key responsibilities. You will work closely with colleagues from various departments to optimize the sales effort. This role does not require travel and is a regular/at-will position, offering stability and the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with a high volume of calls and skilled at working with clients to develop long-term relationships.


Required Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience with high volume of calls per day
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with objections
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Capable of understanding customer pain points and requirements

Required Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of direct work experience in an inside sales or customer service capacity
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (4 Year Degree)
  • Experience in the heavy manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Experience with creating and delivering sales presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Professional experience in negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience in maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Knowledge of sales cycle from initiation to close
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent analytical and data management skills
