Associate General Counsel

Provide legal advice and counsel regarding a broad array of employment and labor-related issues, policies, and programs. Advises company on legal matters and ensures compliancy to protect company against legal liability. Provide counsel in matters including wage & hour issues, workplace disputes, collective bargaining negotiations, and employment agreements. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field''''s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to top management.
