Director, U.S. Sales

Serves as primary Corporation representative who deals directly with outside customers on day-to-day business matters to include receiving, processing, coordinating, tracking, stocking for, and shipping orders for product submitted under established business arrangements. Obtains all signatures required for customer quotation and writes final quotation to customer. Sends product information to customers upon request. Participates in prototyping activities, working with Engineering, Marketing and Sales executives to develop static and functional product prototypes to meet customer expectations. Surveys customer frequently for service satisfaction. Bachelors Degree preferable, but not necessary, and two to four years of customer service or inside sales experience.
