Recruiter Senior

Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment. Extends offers of employment to successful candidates. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the workflow of others. May report directly to an executive or head of a unit/department. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  Has not responsibility for personnel actions.
