The Associate Director develops, markets and delivers unique and substantive training programs and executive level conferences to a diverse audience of wall street and industry professionals in the financial services, real estate, media, and energy sectors. The successful Associate Director will:

 



Required Skills

  • Identify opportunities for creation of new professional development programs and further   development of existing offerings.
  • Develop marketing and sales plans for bringing programs to market.
  • Manage the execution of events.
  • Establish and manage program budgets, achieving profitability targets.
  • Develop and drive long term strategy for program.
  • Recruit and develop staff to support CFE mission.

A firm understanding of capital markets/corporate finance and the financial services sector is required. Direct professional development experience highly preferred. This position involves direct P&L responsibility and significant growth opportunities.


Required Experience

If you have a background in developing training seminars or conferences in banking/ insurance, or direct experience in institutional capital markets, equity/fixed income research, investor relations and/or financial training, we'd like to talk to you.
