As an Organizational Effectiveness team member, you will be responsible for developing business processes to support executive decision-making on capital projects. Collaborating with functional experts across SRC, you will design a gate review process and monitor the progress of a portfolio of projects. In addition to building a decision making framework, you will be assigned projects in support of our strategic plan. You understand how professional services or product development works. You are a well-respected communicator and collaborate well with a wide variety of co-workers. You pay attention to detail, yet can see the big picture. You demonstrate initiative and creativity and can implement practical solutions to everyday challenges. You have a degree in business or engineering; an MBA is preferred. You have experience with quality tools and continuous improvement. A project management designation is an asset. As the ideal candidate, you have several years of progressively responsible leadership roles and successful implementation of change initiatives.
