Whether you're skilled in mechanics, construction, or a fast learner eager to grow, this opportunity puts your hands-on talents to powerful use—improving real lives every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the installation and repair of home access lift systems (stair lifts, vertical platform lifts, etc.).
• Support lead technicians by gathering materials, tools, and ensuring a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to explain service basics with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform job-related errands, maintain tools and equipment, and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in on-the-job training and manufacturer-provided certifications (travel expenses covered).
• Comply with industry codes, regulations, and Numotion’s Home Access standards.

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude or experience in a trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, or similar).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, crawl in attics, and perform physical labor in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and personal auto insurance.
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices related to installations and repairs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Willingness to undergo a drug screening and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy.

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience with lift systems or home modifications.
• Background in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with home access equipment regulations and standards.
