ZSB Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

The University seeks a Zapara School of Business (ZSB) Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to work with the OEDP team to recruit students to the MBA Cohort programs. The Coordinator collaborates with the OEDP team, related staff and faculty, and various campus entities. The Coordinator develops and implements a marketing funnel to build enrollment for the External Degree Program throughout the year, assists in developing marketing messaging for the External program, and assists in analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing funnel that generates a minimum of 50 new student enrollments into external MBA cohorts by the start of Fall quarter each year;
- Recruit a minimum of 50 additional students for external degree programs by Winter quarter each year, in collaboration with the OEDP team;
- Recruit a minimum of 15 additional students for external degree programs by Spring quarter each year, in collaboration with the OEDP team;
- Recruit a minimum of 20 additional students for external degree programs by Summer quarter each year, in collaboration with the OEDP team;
- Make at least 50 documented contacts per week with prospective students;
- Facilitate the resolution of problems faced by applicants, in collaboration with the Director, and collaborate with campus entities to enhance the flow of application and admission;
- Make effective use of multiple communication formats for recruitment purposes, including one-on-one meetings, information sessions, mixers, fairs, and other events, as well as social media posts;
- Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies with the OEDP team;
- Render weekly performance reports to the director, featuring oral updates and written documentation as requested;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated interpersonal and instructional skills are required. Prior tutoring experience is essential, especially with international students.
Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Math Ability
Exhibit clear quantitative skills.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Some tasks require the Manager to be available during evenings and on weekends. The Manager is frequently expected to meet tight deadlines. The Manager works under minimal supervision.
Wage Range: $20.81 - $24.50 per hour, plus generous benefits
