Jimmy John's - Nights/Weekends Manager

Think you’ve got what it takes to lead a team of Rockstar sandwich makers and drivers? Our comprehensive management training program will prepare you for a Shift Lead role, the first level of leadership in store operations. Where you go from there is up to you! Managers-in-Training will learn how to be in charge of delegating daily responsibilities to make sure the store utilizes the strengths of each team member to deliver flawless customer service.

Hodges Enterprises owns and operates more than 30 Jimmy John’s locations across the Omaha, Boise, Rapid City, and Las Vegas metro areas, with management opportunities available at multiple locations. This role is a great fit for someone with nights and weekend availability who is ready to grow into store leadership.

Manager-In-Training Responsibilities (what you’ll learn)

• Supervise daily store operations during weekend and night shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage employees through training and development to promote team growth and performance excellence.
• Handle customer service issues with professionalism, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution.
• Lead shift management activities such as scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring operational efficiency during assigned hours.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Must be at least 18 years old. 

• Previous management or shift leader experience in fast food or fast casual environments is helpful but not necessary.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively across multiple shifts.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism and tact.
