Position Type
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support within an Oral Pathology practice. This position serves as a key resource for physicians, clinical staff, patients, referring dental and medical providers, and external partners. The Senior Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, managing complex administrative workflows, supporting pathology case coordination, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of service to patients and referring providers.
Required Skills
High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, Previous experience working in a clinical setting within an academic institution highly desired, 3–5 years of experience in a similar role required, Must be comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
