About the Role

As Social Media & Content Creator Strategist, you'll drive content that stops the scroll and sparks connections through organic contentand strategic creator partnerships. You'll push boundaries,

experiment with new formats, nurture creator relationships, and bring fresh, culture-shaping ideas to the table.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop high-impact content strategies aligned with business goals and social best practices
  • Spot trends and storytelling opportunities before they go viral across all platforms
  • Create culturally relevant briefs for creative teams and oversee scroll-stopping organic and paid social campaigns
  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars; measure and optimize performance
  • Identify, evaluate, and vet content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms based on audience alignment, authenticity, and brand fit
  • Build and maintain a content creator database tracking performance metrics and partnership history
  • Execute creator campaign strategies from brief creation through outreach, negotiation, approval, and analysis
  • Manage creator relationships ensuring authentic collaborations that drive engagement while maintaining brand safety and FTC compliance
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, designers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life
  • Pitch innovative ideas to marketing decision-makers, positioning yourselfas a thought leader in integrated social strategy

 

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Social, Creator or Content Strategy (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven success identifying, vetting, and managing creator partnerships and collaborations
  • Deep familiarity with creator platforms, tools, and emerging trends
  • Strong understanding of creator demographics, audience authenticity signals, and brand alignment
  • Creative instinct with expertise in video editing and photography (CapCut, Canva, similar tools)
  • Data-driven mindset; able to analyze engagement rates, audience composition, and campaign performance to inform strategy
  • Understanding of paid social integration with organic contentand creator partnerships
  • Leadership skills; comfortable guiding teams, leading brainstorms, and negotiating with creators
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with authentic creator connections
  • Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and brand safety considerations
