Xavier University is seeking a Project Architect to be a key team member for its Office of Physical Plant. You’ll lead processes for Capital Renewal projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, ensure projects meet university standards, and help shape the future of Xavier’s campus. Responsibilities:

·        Lead architectural design and documentation for Capital Renewal projects.

·        Ensure projects meet university standards and budgets.

·        Review and coordinate plans with consultants and stakeholders.

·        Prepare project schedules, presentations, and related materials.

·        Contribute to long-term campus planning and facilities strategy.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)

·        Architectural Registration in Ohio and NCARB certification

·        10–15 years of relevant architectural experience

·        Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and project management

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills
