Xavier University is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission to join our team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, acting as a primary point of contact and an ambassador for Xavier. We're looking for someone with a strong aptitude for sales—someone who can effectively communicate the value of our academic programs and campus experience, addressing concerns and inspiring confidence. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount, as you'll build relationships and provide personalized support to a diverse range of individuals. The position also requires travel for recruitment events, so a willingness to hit the road and connect with future students is essential. Qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience working in university admission/enrollment management, sales, customer service, or a related field

Ability to present effectively in front of a variety of audiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Xavier’s insurance

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Willingness to work frequent evenings and weekends
