World Vision is hiring a Creative Resource Manager to serve on the Marketing division.

Job Description 

The Creative Resource Manager manages and forecasts the Internal Agency‘s workflow, fosters the development of exceptional creative product while overseeing the allocation and utilization of creative talent across organization-wide creative projects, ensuring teams are well-staffed to meet deadlines efficiently. Work closely with Sr Creative Director, project managers, and account teams to balance workloads, anticipate needs, and improve workflows.  Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and external freelancers. Participate in annual and quarterly planning processes. Manage team members responsible for print production. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.​ 

  1. ​​​Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role. 
  2. ​Resource Planning & Allocation: Oversee resource assignments, forecast demand, track workloads, resolve conflicts, and maintain resource management tools. 
  3. ​Team Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between creative, project management, and account teams to ensure seamless collaboration. 
  4. ​Talent Management: Identify talent gaps, support recruitment, onboard freelance and contract talent, and manage freelance/vendor databases. 
  5.  ​Lead, mentor and motivate staff members to achieve Print Production goals. Hire, fire, train, counsel, evaluate, and recommend salary increases and promotions for those under direct supervision. 
  6. ​Process Optimization: Refine resource allocation processes, implement workflow best practices, improve creative operations, and advocate for technology/tools. 
  7. ​Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on resource utilization, provide data-driven insights, and develop dashboards for real-time visibility. 
  8. ​Operational Management: Plan and organize talent rosters, ensure time-tracking accuracy, and maintain resource tools and documentation.
  9. Capacity Planning: Partner with creative leads and project managers to plan capacity and prevent burnout. 
  10.  ​Perform other duties as assigned. 
  11.  ​Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

 

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, creative management, related field, or equivalent (eight years) experience. 

·       Requires 5-8 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, or project management within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting. 

·       ​Advanced skills in resource management and project tracking tools such as Workamajig, Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana preferred.​ 

 

 

Salary Range & Benefits

  • WVUS Pay Grade Level: 226 
  • Expected hiring range: $89,680- $110,000. 
  • The full salary range for this role is $84,600- $135,400. 
  • This range applies to locations with a market similar to our Washington D.C. and Seattle-area office. A different range may apply based on your work location. 
  • Job offers are based on relevant qualifications and pay equity.
