Reports to: Manager, Production Delivery Operations

Location: Federal Way, Washington

Required Experience: High School/GED required. Associates degree preferred. A minimum of two years of work experience in print production or operations. Experience in using print software is strongly preferred.


Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.


Estimated Salary Range: $24.04 - $31.61 per hour

The Job

Coordinate the operational production processing requirements in support of Mass Marketing channel campaigns, events, and donor engagement opportunities involving acquisition and retention donor experiences. Execute and successfully deliver operational, print, and fulfillment related solutions while ensuring to-scope, timely and quality-oriented delivery of traditional and digital collateral. Accurately process print and fulfillment orders, including customized orders for multiple channels. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

Responsibilities

·       Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.

·       Coordinate the operational production requirements while assigning work queues, assessing priorities, and consulting with Manager and Lead, align work to staff and vendor resources conducting digital or print production operations.

·       Review work as needed to ensure output meets agreed upon quality standards and agreed-upon deliverable dates, maintaining the optimal production cycle time and quality standards.

·       Leverage various digital technologies and hardware capabilities to ensure successful servicing of donor accounts and solution sets for marketing business partner groups.

·       Provide operational reporting and trending for all operational, print and fulfillment related work while ensuring successful and quality-oriented delivery of traditional and digital collateral.

·       Process customized fulfillment orders for various channels (artist events, radio, etc.) ensuring that packages are accurate and received on time.

·       Assemble and sort marketing collateral materials for mailing. Prepare mailing labels/envelopes and coordinate the processing of all outgoing mail (i.e. first and third class, domestic and international) using postage metering system to ensure proper postage for timely and accurate delivery.

·       Provide innovative ideas to cut costs and increase retention while coordinating newly evolving creative project requirements for marketing and fundraising business groups.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

·       Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

  • Basic understanding of file formats and print specifications.

Requirements

Salary & Benefits

WVUS Pay Grade: Level 219

Estimated Hiring Range: $24.04 - $31.61 per hour
