Experience must include at least 3 years of developing marketing plans and strategies in campaign management and channel marketing (email, mobile, social, direct mail, etc.).

Estimated Salary Range: $82,700 - $100,000
Job Description
In support of product/segment strategy and plans, the Channel Campaign Manager will lead the development and implementation of appropriate cross-channel (email, direct mail, phone, social) marketing strategies. Create end-to-end journey and lifecycle campaigns designed to activate, engage, and retain supporters for assigned product/segment portfolio. Partner with vendors for the lifecycle execution of channel marketing campaigns. Ensure the successful and timely completion of business goals and timelines including revenue, sales unit, cost and supporter experience measures. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.
The Channel Campaign Manager will be responsible for delivering compelling direct mail and email fundraising campaigns targeted to the high-net-worth donor segment. These campaigns are often utilized in follow-up donor interactions by philanthropy fundraisers in the Middle and Major donor fundraising channels, and this role is a key partner in equipping the channels to deeply understand the campaign and products being offered to the donor to ensure consistency across channels. Additionally, for the direct marketing campaigns, manage the creative processes, content development in partnership with product marketing, and campaign performance, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and resonate well with our donors for strong and efficient results. These campaigns support our multi-year capital campaign representing World Vision's global work through promotion of Signature Initiatives in the sectors of Water, Health, Economic Empowerment, Child Protection, Education, Emergency Response, Christian Discipleship, Women and Girls, and more.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.
- Lead internal/external teams in the development of compelling and relevant cross-channel campaign strategies.
- Partner with Marketing Automation Specialists to implement designed campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms.
- Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders. Maintain project plans and calendars, manage budgets; manage creative reviews, manage and finalize approvals.
- Build and implement campaign strategy; standardize campaign processes.
- Partner with Product/Segment Leaders in the development of donor journeys.
- Evaluate & report campaign marketing performance; provide recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.
- Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience (8 years). In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 5 years of work experience in marketing, fundraising or a related area. Experience must include at least 3 years of developing marketing plans and strategies in campaign management and channel marketing (email, mobile, social, direct mail, etc.). Additional required skills and knowledge include: Knowledge of marketing automation technologies and use of platforms to create cross-channel journeys for supporters; Thorough knowledge of marketing as it relates to planning, budgets, strategies, and metrics; Experience with campaign testing, forecasting, analytics and measurement; Demonstrated aptitude to proactively lead business improvement; Lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence and negotiation; Strong project and process management skills.
Salary Range & Benefits
WVUS Pay Grade Level: 225
Expected hiring range $82,700 - $100,000
The full salary range for this role is $78,400- $121,500
This range applies to locations with a market similar to our Washington D.C. and Seattle-area office. A different range may apply based on your work location.
