Leverage insights, data, and facilitation methods to uncover breakthrough ideas and orchestrate high-performing integrated marketing programs that deliver on business goals and elevate the donor experience.
· Lead the development and execution of a single integrated, data-driven marketing strategy and master-brand campaign/s that span across channels, products, and donor segments to attract, retain, and deepen engagement with private mass donors. This role owns and delivers a unified go-to-market that aligns with brand priorities, elevates the donor experience, and drives measurable growth in donor acquisition, loyalty, and satisfaction.
· Establish and steward scalable systems and processes that coordinate planning and execution across teams, ensuring seamless integration of messaging, creativity, and timing across donor journeys and marketing channels. Bring innovation, discipline, and clarity to how we plan and activate campaigns - maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
Detailed Responsibilities

2. Strategic Planning and Execution
· Define and lead the strategic vision for marketing and brand communications across private donor segments and markets.
· Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that unify advertising, PR, social media, direct and digital marketing, and content.

· Streamline processes to eliminate duplication, improve efficiency, and ensure strategic alignment across teams.
· Equip senior leaders with tools and visibility to drive adoption of the integrated planning process.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration
· Build strong partnerships across fundraising, product, donor experience, and channels to deliver unified campaigns.

· Develop data-informed strategies to optimize donor engagement and marketing performance.
· Deliver actionable reporting and storytelling to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
6. People Leadership and Teamwork
· May hire, train, evaluate, and develop direct reports; foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
· Provide feedback to leaders on team dynamics and support healthy cross-functional collaboration.
· Work collaboratively with peers and perform other duties as assigned.
7. Brand Stewardship
· Contribute to the evolution of brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and content strategy.
· Ensure all campaigns and touchpoints consistently reflect the brand’s identity and values.
· Partner with Creative and other teams to maintain a cohesive, compelling brand experience.
8. Jump in where needed – we value team players who are adaptable and ready to contribute wherever they’re most needed
