Salary Range: The full range is $66,700 – $100,100. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. The typical hiring range is $70,000 - $83,000. Location: Remote within the United States (we're registered in over 40 states). Prefer applicants based in the Pacific time zone.

01 The Job
World Vision is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fun, gifted, and high-performing mass-sector product marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our handcrafted gifts program including vendor and budget management, supporting the team with go-to-market deliverables including World Vision’s Gift Catalog (print and online) and Monthly Pledge products as well as donor cultivation communications, and ensuring product attributes are kept current to help achieve business goals. This vital individual contributor role collaborates with various teams and has no direct reports.
S/he will help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies with their work. The Marketing Manager will personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word, and sign.
02 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and the leadership of devotions); incorporate World Vision Core Values into decisions within the scope of the role.
- Manage the activities of partners, agencies, suppliers, and/or internal support departments and divisions in the execution of tactical marketing activities.
- Manage and/or support programs/projects. Monitor results and recommend changes to strategies and plans.
- Provide technical expertise cross-functionally and across the organization to manage and optimize marketing efforts on an assignment basis.
- Verify invoices against contract activity. Process invoices and coordinate payment to actual project assignments.
- Develop and manage and/or support project budgets, including expenses and anticipated income and/or retention outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience.
- In addition, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or a related area.
- Experience with direct mail campaigns preferred.
05 Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. $66,700 – $100,100. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. The typical hiring range is $70,000 - $83,000. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
