GENERAL SUMMARY
The Marketing Assistant supports the Media Director by ensuring efficient coordination and execution of media-related tasks across various platforms. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
CORE SCOPE OF POSITION
- Collate and organize media projects, ensuring all necessary files are gathered and properly stored in designated areas.
- Verify that all media files are named, sized, and formatted correctly for their intended use.
- Conduct daily reviews of media across multiple media platforms, including:
- Message on Hold
- Websites
- Social Events Media
- Kiosk Media
- iView Media
- Table View Media
- Monitor media platforms for data accuracy, ensuring correct content load and playback.
- Maintain and update Graphic Ticketing System at discretion of the Director of Media including assigning jobs, monitoring progress, and closing completed jobs based on deliverables and media readiness.
- Upload and schedule digital signage content according to the deliverables calendar.
- Coordinate with the Mailroom and other internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned print and digital signage jobs including internal directional signage and informational signage.
- Adheres to brand guidelines in all aspects without deviation.
- Immediately report any system errors, malfunctions, and late or improper media or protocols.
- Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
- Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be a self-starter and able to adjust to change.
- Must be able to work flexible hours during the day or evening including weekends, holidays, and all blackout dates.
Required Experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE
- Must be age 21 years of age or older.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Guest service, Gaming and/or Special Event experience preferred.
