GENERAL SUMMARY
Maintains an accurate inventory of bingo products. Ensures that actual inventory quantities of bingo products and the quantities itemized in the inventory management system balance daily.
CORE SCOPE OF POSITION
- Assembles all bingo packaged items.
- Counts all bingo paper, daubers, and pull-tabs at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Enters all transactions in the inventory management system and documents the transactions on a manual tracking sheet.
- Issues predetermined bingo papers or pull-tabs to the Bingo Team Member to sell to guests.
- Verifies and balances actual inventory quantities returned against the inventory management system.
- Provides top quality guest service.
- Attends and supports all guest service training and ensures that principles are followed.
- When on the casino floor, create an engaging and positive atmosphere and assists guests when needed.
- Maintains knowledge of current marketing promotions and amenities.
- Assumes responsibility of related duties as required or assigned.
- Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, maintaining a labeling system whenever possible.
- Maintains a professional and courteous attitude at all times with other team members and guests.
- Ensures that work area is clean, safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Follows company and departmental policies and standard operating procedures.
- Establishes and maintains professional working relations with internal and external guests.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
- Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as requested, directed or assigned.
INTERACTION
- Interacts with internal and external guests with a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
SUPERVISION
- Does not provide supervision to others.
Required Skills
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Excellent time/project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work in high volume environment under pressure, with deadlines, frequent interruptions, and changes in priorities.
- Must be a self-starter and able to adjust to change.
Required Experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- High School diploma or general education degree.
EXPERIENCE
- 0 to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
