GENERAL SUMMARY
Journeyman Electrician will install and repair electrical systems, components and various equipment throughout the property.
CORE SCOPE OF POSITION
- Responds to and handle work assignment in a timely manner.
- Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.
- Connects power supply wires to machine and equipment.
- Connects cables and wires between machine and equipment.
- Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures. Replaces parts for floor systems, damaged or broken wires and cables.
- Tests malfunctioning machinery with other maintenance workers, such as maintenance machine repairers to diagnose the cause of the malfunction.
- Replaces faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and other electrical devices.
- Walk areas and venues checking lighting and electrical devices/systems.
- Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.
- Set up and breakdown electrical needs for various events.
- Maintains knowledge of new products and tools, codes and regulations, and industry trends and techniques.
- Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players’ club program.
- Attends all scheduled team member meetings and trainings.
- Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Adheres to all hygiene, uniform, and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
- Performs other duties as assigned and keep logs of specific task.
- Works indoors and outdoors.

Required Skills
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good organization skills and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of electrical code requirements, such as NEC and Title 24.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and the ability to interpret manufacturers' equipment instruction manuals.
- Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulation.
- Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment used to perform job duties.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse culture, work groups, and across the organization.
- Ability to adapt well to changes in assignments and priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Able to work indoors or outdoors.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to work on ladders and Ariel lifts.
Required Experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Completion of an apprenticeship program by an accredited educational facility or 7+ years of related experience.
- Journey Electrician’s License required
- Valid California Driver’s License preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older.
