Viejas Casino & Resort, San Diego’s Premier Four Diamond Gaming and Resort destination, is looking for a Power Washer to join our team.

Under the direction of the Landscaping Manager, the Power Washer is responsible for cleaning variety of surfaces using high-pressure cleaning equipment and chemicals.

We are looking for team members who are reliable, outgoing, and who believe that providing great guest service is the key to success.

Required Skills

CORE SCOPE OF POSITION

• Operates pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces such as buildings, concrete areas, and windows.
• Uses degreasers or removal chemical as label recommends when requested by supervision.
• Maintains established schedule as requested and provides feedback to improve schedule efficiency.
• Clean-up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed.
• Performs other manual duties as directed.
• Keeps tools and equipment in good repair.
• Attends all schedule team member meetings and trainings.
• Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players’ club program.
• Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge and proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job functions.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule according to business needs, including graveyard shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Experience

EXPERIENCE

• Experience working pressure washer equipment preferred.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• California driver’s license and good driving record required.

• Must be 21 years of age.
