LPN needed full time for family practice clinic in Yukon

• Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities

• Room patients
• Take vital signs, record medical history while confirming purpose of visit or treatment
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Triage patient calls with test results
• Assist physician with treatments, medication refills 
• Administer injections
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• LPN licensure in State of Oklahoma required
• Must be able to keep operations and work flow organized and operational
• Must be a team player, dependable, and flexible 
• Must have good phone etiquette
• Computer and office equipment skills required
