Full Time Medical Assistant needed for Dermatology Physician in Yukon

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vitals while preparing patient to be seen by physician
• Accurately document patient-provider encounters in EHR including past medical history and current medical issues
• Assist physician as needed with examinations and procedures
• Triage patient calls
• Filing reports and correspondence in charts
• Clean and stock patient rooms
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• MA Certification preferred but not required
• Experience in a dermatology office is a plus
• EHR experience a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
