LPN needed for busy family practice clinic in Yukon

• Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients for providers in clinic
• Accurately taking initial history of patients and updating their medical chart
• Assisting other nursing staff to send orders and medications
• Drawing labs and administering immunizations to pediatric and adult population
• Calling patients as needed to follow up
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Organized and detail oriented
• LPN license in the State of Oklahoma 
• Previous experience in a medical clinic preferred
• Able to adapt to change and work under busy situations
• Experience with EHR software (Epic) preferred but not required
• High School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)
