Front Office/Medical Assistant Float needed (PRN) for a busy pain management physician in SW Oklahoma City.

We are a small, cohesive, and happy group that focuses on working together to provide top-level medical care to our patients

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Check patients in/out
• Enter demographics 
• Collect co-pays and deductibles
• Filing, preparing reports, order office supplies and other general clerical duties as assigned
• Obtain vitals, patient history and reason for visit
• Keep exam rooms clean and stocked

Required Skills

• Front office medical clinic experience is preferred
• EMR experience is a plus
• Applicant must be reliable, proactive and maintain a positive attitude
• Must work well in a team environment and exhibit a strong work ethic
• Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills, be detail oriented and be able to multi-task
• High School graduate or GED required
