What you will do:

 

  • You will use industrial engineering principles and change management techniques attained through formal studies to identify areas of improvement and work with assigned business areas in the design and implementation of sustainable solutions. 

 

 Responsibilities: 

 

Provide service of system and/or process (re) design and flow documentation with minor business project/initiatives.  Following department improvement cycle: 

 

  • Initial Impact Assessment/ Root Cause Analysis to address minor existing problems or provide design for minor initiatives/projects
  • Present assessment to manager (to be presented to business)
  • (Re)Design of system/process including detailed level flows and documented solutions with al information gathered. Appropriate change should be submitted for implementation (PIR, CR, or CA)
  • Follow up with project Cycle (From Dev to Post-Implementation, assuring desired deliverables)
  • Final Deliverable can include:  initiative impact report, feedback on pending items/next steps, proposed metrics for monitoring area.
  • Analyze user/tool interactions to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and successful outcomes, especially as related to high volume ongoing business processes. 
  • Analyze the root causes of real- time existing issues, document all related issues, with the corresponding causes, solutions, and TAT.  Notify management and appropriate departments of identified issues and provide feasible solutions/required changes for implementation. 
  • Review, document, and maintain existing operational processes and flows. Work with management towards improvement of mentioned processes. 
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and graphs demonstrating areas of improvement and weekly reports to management on progress and results, include short-term goals and plan to achieve them.

 

 

 




Required Experience

 

  • BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science any Mathematics field or Engineering related degrees. Master’s Degree is a “plus”.
  • Experience in business/systems analysis, documentation, and reengineering a “plus”.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Access, Visio, etc)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Process/Quality/Business improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Statistics and Process Control.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
