 To help us drive excellence, as an entry level Design Engineer, you’ll get to:

  •  Support the Company’s mission, vision, values, and goals in performance of daily activities
  • Detail the work of other Designers
  • Assist the team with downloading and uploading of documents
  • Create and update documents at the direction of the Engineering Manager
  • Assist in other tasks at the direction of the other designers
  • File management observation and correction
  • Full 2D completion of tooling models created by other designers
  • Attend review meetings for other designer’s work
  • Visit facilities and shops with other team members to help get acquainted with different manufacturing practices and techniques
  • Create basic tool designs like Pass Tables, Part Markers, and Sensor Trees

This full-time role is a part of our Design team and reports to Engineering Manager

 Required skills & experience:

·         Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties

·         Participates in continuous improvement activities

·         Assist in departmental operation wherever necessary

·         Willing and able to adjust work hours or shift to accommodate occasional special needs

·         Willing to travel for both day and overnight support

 Education and/or Experience

·         At minimum, an associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college; or three to five years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
