Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of die processes and equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that die engineering projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex die-related issues, optimizing die performance, and contributing to the development of new technologies and methodologies. • Proficiency with CAD software and die simulation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

• 7 to 10 years of experience in die engineering within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of successful die process design and implementation
• Experience with high-strength materials and precision stamping assemblies
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• History of leading and participating in cross-functional teams
• Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent
• Familiarity with industry-standard quality and safety regulations
• Hands-on experience with modern manufacturing technologies and equipment
• Previous involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
