Data Coordinator - 1st Shift Hours (7a - 4pm)

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

·         Calculate and summarize production downtime for each line in each area on all shifts.

·         Verify production run time for all lines in each area on all shifts.

·         Track good parts and scrap parts, consolidate reporting, determine the materials used and enter information into the QAD system.

·         Interface with the Production Supervisors, materials scheduling and finance department to assure accurate production reporting.

·         Responsible for providing requested reports based on production information.

·         Cycle counting of all inventory: Raw, Purchase, WIP, and Finished Goods.

·         Investigate all inventory errors by verifying production reporting, bill of materials, routings, receiving, and shipping issues.

·         Prepare and document all cycle changes that need to be made .

·         Prepare and document all inventory adjustments that need to be made.

·         Maintain inventory related spreadsheets and filing.

·         Assist and/or conduct a physical inventory yearly.

·         Backup to keep track of off-site inventories as needed.

·         Backup responsible for contacting outsource facilities for any inventory held at their facility.

·         Backup for daily physical inventories in coordination with Material Analyst.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Materials Manager.

Required experience:

·         Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience of up to three (3) years with data entry work in manufacturing within a materials department. 

·         Advanced knowledge of QAD system (or other MRP systems experience).

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

·         Knowledge of scheduling techniques.

·         Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Need an understanding of the Production Department

·         Fork Truck license preferred.

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
