To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

·         Responsible for onboarding new associates, processing background checks and eligibility verifications

·         Develop and maintain job descriptions for hourly and salary positions

·         Process paperwork for terminations and conduct exit interviews

·         Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

·         Provide support to associates on company policies and procedures

·         Assist with associate engagement activities (ex. summer picnic, holiday party) and community activities

·         Assist and facilitate companywide intern program each year

·         Process status changes for promotions, supervisor changes etc.

·         Assist with varies projects for corporate initiatives and operations

·         Responsible for various weekly/monthly reports, and assist other HR members if needed

·         Enter job requisitions in system for replacement/additions

·         Assist with updating companywide policies, procedures, and forms

·         Maintain associate files and records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLMA, EEO, PWFA, etc.)

·         Serve as a resource for associates, escalating employee relation concerns to HR leadership as appropriate

·         Assist Benefits team with corporate annual benefits enrollment

·         Working knowledge in UKG or comparable HRIS platform(s) maintaining accurate associate data

·         Assist HR coordinator with front desk duties, including greeting guests and managing calls 

This full-time salary-exempt role is a part of our corporate Human Resource team and reports to the Human Resource Manager. 

Required experience:

  •        Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
  •        One (1) to three (3) years of recruiting or human resources
  •        General knowledge in HR processes and practices
  •         Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
  •        Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills
