**Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Clerk

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Efficiently manage inventory scanning and tracking to ensure accurate records.

- Handle shipping and receiving processes, including the inspection and documentation of incoming and outgoing parts.

- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date inventory databases.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shipping and receiving areas to promote safety and efficiency.

- Coordinate the delivery of parts to various departments and ensure timely distribution.

This full-time role in our Maintenance team and reports to the Operations Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

·         High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Required Skills

*Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proficient in using Excel for data entry and inventory management.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or similar capacity is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively

 

·         Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Must meet job posting eligibility requirements per company policy.
  • Ability to run all tool room and precision equipment efficiently.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
  • High level of commitment.
