Responsibilities:

• Conduct part layouts and capability studies to assure parts meet or exceed dimensional requirements of the customer 
• Retrieve models, drawings, and specifications from database
• Prepare reports and "road-maps" in required formats 
• Collect and analyze data and advise necessary personnel of discrepancies 
• Provide CMM data for sample part submission
• Support plant activities towards achieving customer awards and Quality Registrations (e.g. TS 16949, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Assist with plant activities to achieve quality, productivity, and cost reduction goals

Required Education & Experience: 

• Associates / Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Desired 2+ years experience as a CMM programmer / operator in PCDMIS preferred

Required Skills & Abilities: 

• Experience in calibration methods and use of measuring tools
• Technical math skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read and write in English and Perform mathematical calculations
