The Reports Manager will works directly with Director of Employment Services. Responsibilities include; coordinate the regional approach to service delivery among programs and partners, collaborating with all program staff and management to collect data and develop reports, develop reporting formats, and train staff on using all required programs and computer systems. He/She will have the ability to be part of a leadership team with a performance and customer-centered focus. He/She will be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized and detailed oriented with the ability to multitask, and prioritize projects.

Required Skills
- Generate and analyze data collected from Connecticut Works Business Systems (CTHires) and to ensure that all programmatic goals are being met.
¨ Assist with the creation of reports to track customer progress and performance outcomes.
¨ Distribute weekly/monthly reports to staff and supervisors.
· Regional review/approval of all WIOA eligibility application.
¨ Conduct internal data compliance monitoring.
¨ Dispense advice, guidance, direction and coordination of regional programs and procedures consistent with established policies.
¨ Communicate effectively with a diverse staff and client population.
¨ Establish a communication structure between regional staff and regional supervisors to assure effective leadership and regional program consistency.
¨ Mentor program staff in problem resolution, organizational standards, effective communication styles, conflict management, and individual concerns as presented to Coordinator by staff.
¨ Provide assessment and feedback to regional Program staff on quality of work and consistency of policy adherence. Update staff knowledge and provide training when failure to complete tasks according to procedure occurs. Inform Supervisors when inconsistencies, or deterioration, in quality of work define performance concerns that require corrective action.
¨ Update and maintain program policies and procedures.
¨ Assist / Coordinate program knowledge trainings.
¨ Maintain reporting lists and databases.
¨ Attend all required trainings and meetings.
¨ Work with a diverse staff and multi-faceted department programs.
¨ Follow all TVCCA and Employment Services Department policies and procedures.
¨ Perform additional tasks to meet the needs of the program and agency.

Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree plus three years related work experience, two of which were directly working with reports and data management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
