The Accountability Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence by overseeing incoming requests and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completion. This position tracks assignments, verifies data integrity, identifies discrepancies, and follows up with team members to ensure timely and precise execution of tasks and deliverables. The specialist must demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. An analytical mindset is essential for identifying trends and recommending solutions. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure is required.

Required Skills

Associates Degree plus three years related work experience, two of which were administrative and supervisory in nature and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Spanish speaking preferred. Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills required.
