JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) program. This individual must possess high energy and motivation. This individual will be responsible for completing WIOA (Adult/Dislocated Worker/Youth) eligibility certification paperwork, preparing program information, conducting One Stop information sessions and assisting with the day to day operations within the American Job Center East. He/She should be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized, able to multitask and prioritize projects.

Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associates Degree and two years of related work experience or a H.S Diploma plus four years of related work experience.
· Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills required. Spanish speaking preferred.
· Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable and insured transportation. Spanish speaking preferred.
