JOB SUMMARY
TVCCA’s Graphic and Social Media Specialist is responsible for promoting the agency’s mission and services via the creation and distribution of print and digital materials for use by our various programs, departments, reports, website, and social media pages and sites. At the direction of the Senior Director of Development and Communications, this position will collaborate with all programs and department directors to ensure that their design needs are met. This role involves cultivating relationships with other employees and community partners, managing multiple projects at once, and implementing broad agency plans and goals, including the Strategic Plan and Communications Plan.
This is a 20 hour a week position.

Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with four years of experience. Proven expertise in design, the creation of print and digital informational materials, marketing, and social media. Strong communication and project management skills. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
